Recognised as the third-largest contract awarded to an Aboriginal organisation since the launch of the 2018 Aboriginal Procurement Policy, the Head Maintenance Contract reflects our dedication to sustainable public housing in remote Aboriginal communities on the NG Lands.

Through our local presence and understanding of cultural nuances, we have developed a planned and emergency maintenance model. This model also incorporates a custom-designed financial approach. This innovative approach emphasises expenditure on actual maintenance works rather than being loaded with heavy travel expenses. The result is efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
Furthermore, we are the primary contractor for most of the WA Department of Finance’s projects across the Ngaanyatjarra Lands, with a portfolio that includes crucial government infrastructure such as schools, police stations, and prisons.
With a vision centred on community wellness and development, we are fostering a lasting partnership with BHP. Expanding our capacity and capabilities, we aim to collaborate on strategic Aboriginal business development over the next 30 years. This aligns with BHP’s commitment to sustainable growth and community involvement.
Our strength in substantial infrastructure projects in regional and remote locations across Australia is a strong match for BHP’s focus on responsible, community-focussed initiatives. Together with BHP, we aim to enhance our delivery of innovative and culturally respectful solutions. This partnership will redefine standards of excellence and community engagement in the sector.
